**HOLIDAY PERIOD** 

 ** Delivery times indicative, as we are going through unprecedented times, please allow for up-to an additional 5 business days for domestic freight, and 10 Business days for International Parcels. We do our upmost to despatch promptly, but after the parcel leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL (Rest of world)

Please note we do not offer free international shipping on our shoes due to the high delivery cost. Delivery costs are calculated and applied to orders at checkout by destination. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, please contact your local customs authority for further details if required.

**HOLIDAY PERIOD** 

All orders placed on this website will be dispatched from our Sydney (Australia) warehouse. Orders placed will be generally dispatched within 5 business days once payment has been received. Weekend & Public Holiday orders will be dispatched within 6 business days.

Australian Express Delivery

No dispatch available for orders on Weekends & Public Holidays, these will be dispatched within 2 business day. 

Generally express post delivery is 1-2 days for customers located in most Australian CBD, metro and major regional areas (excludes Perth metro and Darwin). Perth metro & Darwin usually takes 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Note: Choosing Express delivery will always result in the greatest chance for faster delivery than Standard delivery.

Next day delivery is not available to customers outside Australian metro and major regional areas, Perth metro or Darwin. Please visit Australia Post website to see if you are eligible for overnight deliveries and for Express delivery times. 

Goods will be delivered by Australia Post and a signature is required upon delivery. If no signature is obtained at the time of delivery, a note will be left at your premises and goods will be delivered to your local post office for collection.

Goods may not be delivered next day due to circumstances (such as adverse weather, strikes etc) beyond the control of MADMIA or Australia Post.

Australian Standard Delivery

Signature is not required upon delivery, the parcels are usually left in a safe location at your delivery address. If you require signature on delivery, not a problem, we can arrange that for you. Please let us know in your order comments on checkout. We deliver by Australia Post.

Australian Islands and Remote Locations Standard Delivery

For remote deliveries, redirection may be made to the nearest Post Office for your collection. Delivery will take up to 5-10 business days for delivery within Australia. We deliver by Australia Post.

A standard flat rate fee per delivery applies for all standard international orders (outside of Australia). Postage charges are as follows:

International Registered Post Delivery

It usually takes 4-12 business days to ship to metropolitan areas of major cities worldwide. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, please contact your local customs authority for further details on this.

International Express Delivery

Express post service usually takes 4-9 business days to metropolitan areas in major cities worldwide. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, please contact your local customs authority for further details on this.

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email with details on how to track your order. Once the item is dispatched and order tracking is available, MADMIA has very limited additional information on the progress of your order - please contact Australia Post for further information during tracking.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of products are reproduced online as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may also appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out or the offer expires.
